YOGA CLASSES
Lighthouse Fitness Center,  Mondays 7 - 8pm and Wednesdays 9 - 10am
 
 
 
All ages and levels welcome. Please bring a yoga mat or towel. 
Wear loose clothing or workout gearBare feet are essential.
Try not to eat much before class. Drink plenty of water.
